Jeremy set up Woodwork Machinery Services in 2009, having worked as an agricultural engineer which gave him experience in a wide range of skills. In 1999 he joined Pemdor Crosby as a maintenance engineer, working on various plant in the production of timber and composite doors; picking up a wealth of experience working with 3 phase power and control circuits whilst managing a maintenance team. He next joined SCM Group (UK) Limited as a service engineer, specialising in “solid wood” machinery and Window lines. SCM was a great company to work for, but working away from home a lot led him to set up WMS; establishing it as a limited company in 2016.
In his spare time Jeremy is actively involved in the management of Stogumber Cricket Club, his local ground. He also enjoys clay pigeon shooting and spending time during the shooting season with his working spaniels. Not one to turn down a challenge, Jeremy has also taken part in various cycling challenges for charity.
